I don't think the V750 has hit the market yet. The 700 is available. I
have only read the V700 review on http://www.photo-i.co.uk/
This guy now says he has a V750 in hand and is waiting on a Nikon 5000 ED
film scanner to compare it too. I will be watching. I will probably buy
one or the other. I want to do medium format B&W again (sans darkroom).
The Nikon MF scanner, a 9000 I think, is about $1800.
I don't mind spending that on a nice 300mm lens but buying a scanner is like
buying tires. It isn't much joy, not for the little bit of scanning I will
be doing. If the 700 or 750 don't measure up it will probably be the end of
MF for me.
