Shel, I've twice tried to reply to your recent email to me about Salgado (for which, thanks), but your email provider is bouncing my emails. It says "Dynamic IPs/open relays blocked. Contact <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>". So if you thought I was being rude in not replying, I wasn't!
I'm not sure what it wants me to do about this, or if there's anything you can do about it. I have no control over the fact that I get a dynamic IP address from my ISP, nor do billions of other people.
