Based on press releases, Pentax will be introducing more lenses in the
next year than they have ever brought to market in that short a time.

It's highly unlikely that any camera manufacturer is going to produce
a
better RAW convertor than those made by the likes of Adobe and Phase
One,
inter alia.
So better to hope for something else. :-) Like an A-S (IS) system
that
works with old lenses, and full K/M usability.
