Sorry, I don't know the links, but it is rather simple. >From a command prompt: format F: /FS:NTFS where "F:" should correspond to the letter assigned by windows to the drive you want to format. You can check it by opening "My Computer" and seeing the letters corresponding to the drives.
Alternatively, right-click on the harddrive in the windows explorer and choose "Format". It will offer you a choice of the filesystem.
