After $2,000 in credit card purchases, they want you to register a bank account. Listening to other people's comments about bad transactions, I don't use Paypal any more. The scam is for the buyer to pay with paypal then claim a defect to ebay and get a refund... from paypal. Not a good idea to have somebody who can debit your account. Regards, Bob S.
