Unfortunately we (my family) are moving at the moment and whenever I sit
down at the computer I soon find one of my loving siblings yelling at me
to get my butt in gear, so I can't respond you all individually. :-)

The first one is a purple finch as far as I know (I usually misidentify
every new bird I run across twice before I get it right, but this is my
third and best guess :-) ). The other one is a Junco.
