Have a look at my submission to the LX Gallery. 
It's a bit unusual shot for sure, but try to do it with any other
(built-into-camera) metering system.

My LX also has an exp. compensation dial on the left side of 
the top plate. What about Yours?

AFAIK all TTL flash systems use OTF.
