With the DS2 and ISO 800 images, I have made very satisfying 16x20 inch photographs. They don't stand up to the nose-to-glass test the way my 35mm 800 ISO film images do, but they're good.
At that kind of enlargement size, the lens is more important. The images I enlarged were using an A* 200mm f2.8.
