I submit your photo club is perhaps a bit too stuck on applying
frequently textbook rules of composition. I think cropping out a small
portion of the man's feet would be strange, but cropping below the knee
is frequently done and doesn't violate my sensibilities in the least. I
would have preferred the full figure, but it wasn't possible from my
vantage point. I'm curious as to whether that crop bothers others. As
for the out of focus background figure, it would be more bizarre to
stretch the frame to include him.
In the other pic, the reflections in the window do not include me.

"Smoke Break" - in my photo club I would be beaten for having beheaded
man and befeet'ed (?) man in the frame ;-).
Seriously I would suggest different framing.
The "Got It" is rather good. I wonder if I a man in right top corner
of the frame is you, Paul ;-).
