Sylwek, you are mostly correct!
I am not sure if anybody who reads Russian has provided more details,
so I would risk to do that.
The author of that posting was at the PhotoForum-2006 in Moscow,
and shared his impressions.
Here is a summary of the information (in addition to what has
been posted by Sylwek):
Body is wider than that of DS
The weight is probably larger but seemingly not too much, as the author
didn't notice the difference.
PEF structure is the same as that of DS, except that the camera
name is K100D in two places. DS can read the preview jpeg from the file.
If one changes "K100D" in the PEF to something like *istD (?)
ACR can read those PEFs.
No RAW+JPG regime.
Expected to be on the market in the Fall, but no clarity where exactly.
[My comment - from the intonation, -this doesn't sound like a very firm
information]
No noticeable change in the writing speed (from the buffer to the SD card).
The author posted couple jpegs taken with a lens at 200mm:
http://forum.ixbt.com/topic.cgi?id=20:12774-306
Those were taken at 1/10 (SR OFF) and 1/20 (SR ON), respectively,
both - handheld.
If thats SR working, then its freapin awesome.
To me, it is not a very clear comparison, as it might or might not be
due to SR alone.
There is an SR switch on the bottom right.
The joystick is split into 4 parts. Buttons became a bit harder.
The first menu, below items with the choice of AF points and type of AF -
control of SR. It is disabled at present - it is not clear why
(is it left for the 10mp model or will be done later?)
Fast AF, no hunting around - focusing happens in one run.
[no comments under what conditions, what lenses]
There are some rumors of USM lenses at Fotokina, and therefore
in the other (PRO, aka 10mp) model.
Samsung camera:
The same situation with the PEF structure. Files are saved in the
directory NNNSSCAM and are named SG1S0008.PEF .
645D looks impressively large.
I guess, that's it.

As Russian wrote: direct successor for Ds, still 6 MPix, built-in SR
(some good shots at 200mm and 1/30 s), very, very fast AF (at last!),
and some other, minor changes including slightly modified body.
To be on sale before 10 MPix DSLR shown on PMA. I hope Boris will
read it and correct me if neccessary ;-)
