10.3.9? Mac OS X is now on v10.4.6.
Do you separate your administrator account from your user account?
If you do:
Did you install from the admin account or the user account?
Did you configure the application for the first time after
installation from the user account or the admin account?
My systems all have this structure ... admin account, several user
accounts. I do all the application installation from the admin
account. Some applications require that the account that installs the
software MUST be the account that is going to use it, and MUST have
admin privileges for the install and first configuration. So for
those applications, I set the user account temporarily to admin
privileges, do the install, configure the app for the first time,
then reset the account to standard user privileges.
It's one possibility ...

I purchased Panorama Maker, and it works fairly well. I'm still
learning, but I think I get the idea. However, I have to reinstall
it every time I use it. If I try to restart the software from the
original install, it gives me a software quit message every time.
Is anyone else running it on a Mac G4 with OSX 10.3.9? I've
contacted Arcsoft but haven't heard back from them as of yet.
