I see a couple of areas in which there might be "strange" marks. Most noticeable is the hull of the boat and the mast - is that what you meant? Also, there is a spot about 3/4 of the way up from the bottom right alongside the line that runs from the bow of the boat.
The second looks like it could be a dust spot. The first looks like digital noise, although admittedly it looks a little odd for noise. However, that's what I think it might be. The entire photo looks a little noisy to me.
