Thanks for the pointer. It's interesting but it's just a pity that his monitor/cal tool appraisals appear to be very heavily biased towards highlight detail so much so that they seem incongruous with his written appraisal of each management system. It's a good review none the less and his open letter to the cal tool manufacturers certainly makes sense. I wasn't aware that my highlights were lacking detail but I figure if I don't clip them I'm pretty safe, I'm happier being able to accurately peer into my shadows and have a very well corrected gray scale working space (across two dissimilar monitors).
