The first one reminds me very much of one that I took last year (which
I've since deleted from photo.net, and I don't feel like digging it
out).  Of course, yours has a far different feel to it (it's in focus,
for one thing <g>), but I like it none-the-less.

I ~really~ like the second one.  It's one of those that really make me
think:  is he despondent, merely in a contemplative mood, is he
looking out the window waiting (perhaps) for a friend?  Whatever, I
love the backlighting - it really isolates him from his environment,
and puts the emphasis on his mood what he may be feeling.
