I thought the Orthodox church broke away durung the reformation. Will
have to check my history....
I would have to check history as to whether it's safe to say the
Orthodox church "broke away" from the Catholic or vice versa (neither of
those may apply), but the Great Schism happened long before the
Reformation, for sure.
