Only the Japanese could pull it off. And the test project for that idea (Weber's Mutineer's Moon) is in semi-permanent limbo because ADV couldn't manage its finances.
Still love to see GONZO Digimation do Ringo's Posleen stuff. Or have Gainax do Phillip K. Dick.
