What Bob said, which is the way I do it, but just be careful of the logic,
as sometimes it's non-intuitive! It was clearly written by a programmer.

Note, too, that you can set the rule up and then fine tune it by clicking on
the rule and then the 'Options' button.

A dialog box opens which 'your friend'* can use to set up the filters.
