I test drove an MGB back in 93 or 94. It was mostly baby blue with some brown spots and needed a new top. It's owner said "she runs great!" I got about a mile before she quit and had to walk back to her owner's house. I got in my pick-up and drove away while he was calling for a tow truck.
Since then, I've owned a Miata, and she ran great!
