Indeed.  (I agree with all three points - <g>.)  And, for anyone reading
who might be wondering, the Refconverter-M appears to be exactly the same
(including the high build quality) - the only difference seems to be that
the Ref-A has a little cutout (or notch) in its baffle opening to allow the
LCD info at the bottom of the finder of the Super Program/A or Program
Plus/A to show in the refconverter.  (However, I do not know if the Ref-M
"blocks" any info in any newer bodies or not - I suspect not, but I just
don't know.)
