Bob W. was also guessing Steichen might be the photographer.
But no, he's not. However Steichen is indeed one of the subjects posted.
As is Edward Weston, first suggested on by Bob W, also by Scott L.
I think I will have to apologize for some earlier misinformation.
I thought the photographer once was a member of the f/64 Group, but now I
can't get it confirmed.
I think I got him mixed up with his subjects.
Very sorry about that.
To make amends, and since time is running out for this Weekend Quiz I will
- confirm the identities of posted subjects this far,
- add that he has lately got some attention by his relations with one of the
subjects below, and
- add two more photos below. Not that they necessarily will be helpful in
identifying the photographer, but anyhow.
There is also a link to the thumbnails of the quiz.
I'll give it another hour or so, and then I will get back with the name and
some nice links for you, unless someone comes up with the answer before
that.
