No, there is no Custom Function which disable/enable trap focus.
You can play with the "OK btn when shooting" setting, e.g. if it's on
"Enable AF" trap focus (or AF, if you use AF lenses) will actually be
disabled unless you press the OK button; when on "Cancel AF" you can
use the button to (guess what...) cancel the AF/disabling the trap
focus. Actually this custom function is a fast and convenient mode to
switch between AF and MF (it'll show MF in viewfinder), however the AF
motor is not disengaged so you can't focus manually (with F/FA lenses)
unless you set the camera switch to MF. (hope someone will understand
what I meant, and explain to the others ;) )
This function and QSF should work nicely together.

But with standard settings, the camera will release the shutter (with
the switch on AF and a manual lens) only after it'll get a focus
confirmation from it's central sensor (hmm... only from the central
sensor? I've tested with my FA 50mm f/1.7 and an extension tube - it's
more or less the same as with a K/M lens. Will A lenses work with
other AF points?)
