Someone proven by the courts to be guilty is likely to be guilty. I'm

Some poor bastard in Virginia was executed. They are doing DNA testing now to prove his innocence (sorry haven't followed up; don't know if was completed or not). Sometimes the courts fail.


They can test all they want, its a bunch of BS. That guy had a history of attempted rape, exposing himself, etc. His DNA matched the DNA of the semen within 0.2 percent of the population (that was as good as DNA matching could get at that time). He failed his lie dectector test hours before he was executed. The woman was his sister in law, there was no sign of forced entry, which means she probably knew her attacker.
