I'm not sure that "focus" is an appropriate word for a Holga. :-)
More like "set it to what you want, and hope it looks vaguely close."
I should dig out my Holga (non-flash) and run a roll of Tri-X through it.
I tend to use Tri-X with it, because you can overexpose the HECK out
of the film without it blocking up, and you get a bit more speed than
the slower emulsions.
I like the effect with the flash, especially the expression on the
face in your photograph.
