Not with those you list, but I have certainly bargained with almost every
photo store I've bought used from in the UK. It goes something like this:

"Is £50,000.00 your best price for this used lens cap?"
"We might be able to take a bit off".
"I'll give you 50p"
"OK".

They're in the business of moving stock across the counter. As long as they
make a profit (or minimise a loss) they'll do a deal. If you've ever sold to
a dealer, you'll know how much mark-up they put on the stuff, so you can
generally work backwards to find their best price.
