I'm sorry that it didn't work out for you too, as I've mentioned before I 
believe it's been one of my best value purchases. The fact that with it I can 
make two vastly different monitors render the same image virtually 
identically 
is validation enough for me.

Temperature, user selected. But it works out to 6500 or higher if I recall 
correctly.

Hmmm, one can't use Adobe Gamma on two machines and end up with the picture 
looking the same on both machines?

Funny, I think my laptop (without Adobe Gamma) looks pretty much like my 
desktop. Just based on how I set both machines.

Frankly, I think I am missing something. 

Oh, well, won't be the first time.
