According to Gerjan van Oosten's book 'The Ultimate Asahi Pentax Screw
Mount Guide', copyright November 1999. This is the normal configuration
for this lens which was only supplied with the SP 1000.
I have the Super-Takumar version of this lens. I cannot say that I have
used it much, I always use my 55/1.8.
I am sure you have gotten responses by now - I am just now catching up,
