Bloody Sonera

Sonera (Finland) is about the worst ISP 
in the whole of Europe. I updated a page 
in my website -- made a silly coding 
mistake and now can't get back in there 
to fix the resulting broken link. It's 
been on and off for days -- up a few 
minutes and down an hour. Your 
Australian ISP couldn't be worse. I 
can't change to another provider because 
there are links all over the place. 
Google turns up two dozen on some keywords.
