They would want even more say in what was broadcast, then.  Just to give you 
some idea of what we are dealing with:

You might remember we had a significant fire two weeks ago.  About 60million 
gallons of fuel.  Produced quite a cloud of smoke, which disturbed some people. 
 Our Deputy Prime Minister spoke thusly (not verbatim, except for the important 
part) 
"Government scientists have determined that the smoke plume contains nothing 
more than soot, carbon dioxide and some hydrocardigans"
