Whitefly. I'm not sure the ladybirds will bother with those - that's a
very pretty specimen, by the way.
What might work better for the whitefly are Red Spider Mites. The
_very_ small red spheres you see running about on concrete on sunny
days. You may find them difficult to collect.....
Otherwise, soak some cigarettes in a jar of water for a day or so and
then spray the liquid on the plants. A "natural" insecticide. Try not
to get it on yourself and don't inhale - seriously, the smell will make
you spew.
