BTW. In Norway it is not allowed to cut the tail of a boxer like this. It used to be common, but not any more. Just an observation, don't really know what I think about this new law.
I have no problems with tail docking, it is normally done when the dog is just a few days old, is pretty painless for the animal, and takes away from the dog someting that can cause it problems down the road. Ear cropping, OTOH, I am dead set against. It is done much later in the dog's life, and is done for no reason other than cosmetics.
