I think there's a difference between a "pro" shop that's really a shop
for guys who want the latest/greatest/biggest/fanciest/newest gear and a
shop that is frequented by professionals.

I think that the people I've asked for quotes on the MZ-S from have been
a little zonked by my requested kit: an MZ-S, a BG-10 grip and either an
FA 50mm f1.4 or a 43mm f1.9 (I'll probably go for the 50mm for price and
speed reasons, tho' I'd like the limited, and if the total comes in
under my budget I'd go for it).  No one has gotten back to me with this
quote yet, despite me requesting it of four different shops.  Well, I'll
wait another week and then pester them all again...probably none of them
even have a 50mm f1.4 in stock.
