The PUG seems to attract less comment than it used to, as well as fewer
participants.
Perhaps a bit more promotion would be a good idea.
"This month's PUG theme is:....."
"Fourteen days left for submissions to this month's PUG (theme: X)."
"Seven days to go for this month's PUG!"
"PUG deadline TOMORROW!"
Some people, of whom I am a prime example, are dilatory, disorganised, and
forgetful, and need all the prodding they can get.
Perhaps some non-dilatory, organised, and rememberful person can take this
duty on.

Adelheid,
I would vote YES. And I think the monthly themes could be better.
Although I've contributed, I regret all the PAW and PESO stuff.
So much of the traffic has become 'Oh, I love your picture because...'
I would rather see somewhat less of this and more of the old PUG.
The PUG gives me a chance to learn more. I see the offering of the
group. I see good and weaker pictures and some discussion of why. I
see how other folks were able to interpret the theme and make an
interesting picture. I find things that I want to try. And it makes
for more interesting conversation threads.

Hi folks,
Jostein is right now putting an awful lot of work into the new PUG.
After this thread about PUG i wonder whether this is still wanted.
Please answer the simple question:
PUG continue yes/no ?
Thanks a million in advance.
