I take it this would not be the case were you to receive 'RAW' files vs. .jpg? Or is the processing totally geared towards .jpgs?
RAW files are something the photographer gets to deal with (for better or worse) on his own.
We don't touch them. Jpegs, Tiffs, that sort of thing we do. sRGB, 8 bit files also, please.William Robb
