Today I received a gorgeous A50/1.4 from Don Sanderson Enterprises, aka Cedar Rapids Lens Repair and Storm Door Company. It's a beauty! This is my first A series lens (except for a few of the fancy A* lenses), and it completes my collection of manual focus 50mm/1.4 optics. I'm so pleased I just had to share my enthusiasm with the list. The hood from the 105mm/2.8 Takumar is a nice fit for this one. Doesn't vignette on film or digi. I've not tried the hood from the 135/3.5 Takumar, which I think will work fine with the digi, but which is a little long and not quite as nice looking on the camera.
