Well Gang,
Thanks for all the "welcome backs". Seems as if the old
place hasn't changed much in the years I've been off-list.
Still massive quantities of daily mail! Nice to see so many
familiar names (you know who you are!) as well as many new ones.

It's a long story what's been going on w/ me since I was last
here, but suffice it to say that things all worked out quite
peachy after a period of considerable iffyness and a recent
fairly serious medical situation. Details may follow, part-
cularly via offlist mails to those w/ particular interest.
Did manage to net a nice US$62k profit in ocean view real
estate which is the key to the good outcome re: the medical
and living conditions aspects - not to mention I got to live
at the very edge of the mighty Pacific for 9 years to boot!
Having too much fun getting back into photography after several
years of not even loading up a roll. Got a hold of an old
Mamiya SuperPress 23 a few years ago as well as the recent
Pentax 6x7 and it makes the ideal flash outfit for those sort
of situations where ya just need to have the extra light.
I use a Pentax AF280T on its handle mount w/ one of those
"dumb" shoe to sync-cord gizmos. Anybody got one of those
special cords to take a pair of 280T's off camera from the
SuperProgram and the 6x7?? ... a 5p something or other??
