The lens division would probably be in better shape if they had been able to
put a green button on the LX.
This is really the crux of it though. Pentax is, first and formost, a lens
maker. Always has been, and I expect always will be.
If they aren't selling lenses, then what chance do they have of staying
viable?
They won't do it on DSLR bodies that bleed money from them with every sale.
