Not quite. I tried the Kodak reversal kit on a variety of films and got varying results, including one glorious roll of Ilford film whose emulsion fell off the base. Scala processing is going to have similarities to the E-6 process, though without the bleach stage after the second developer, unless the film is a chromgenic, rather than a black and white. I expect a modified E-6 process would process the stuff, but it would help to have some technical knowledge about processing colour film, and perhaps access to a transmission densitometer while optimizing the process.
