Unless the lens put the crease in the left-middle, I would not reach
*any* conclusions about this lens from these pictures. You need a wide
enough flat wall, a hefty tripod and alignment to the wall. Look on
the web for Yoshiko Takinami's Pentax lens test guidelines.
