This is getting insane. Now your claiming
that EXIF data is more important than
camera metering and lack of AE? Make up
your mind. I say I don’t want basic features
removed from K/M lenses because it effects
the funcitonality and in the case of AE can
effect the ablity to get the shots and you argue that
its not that bad - green button is good - just live
with it - Im just bitching. And now
you are complaing that lack EXIF is a "pain in the neck"
. I am sorry but that’s more than a little hypocritical
isnt it? WAKE UP.

Yes. Even though I like using A lenses, I generally prefer the AF  
series lenses because they provide the focal length information for  
the EXIF data. I actually use that data for some things, it's absence  
is a pain in the neck with older lenses. (I wish Pentax would supply  
the focus distance data too.)
