That's right. Usually, photoblogs open with the latest picture you
added, and you get a link to the previous ones.

Of course, there are several photoblog applications, that make posting
pictures and setting the look and feel of the site easier. This is
what I use:

(the site is under maintenance now, but you can still download
pixelpost, which is free)

It needs a couple of things, like a web server that does php and a
mySQL database. This is scarier than it sounds, most web providers
have this functionality already. Most [photo]blog apps have similar
requirements to this.

One good thing about a photoblog is that if you set yourself a pace
for posting, it keeps you on your feet shooting. I've been doing a pic
a day for the last 220 days or so, and it has been very interesting.
We'll see how I do when I start my job in October :)
