I don't know why, but I kind of like the flow of this one:

It is very rainy photo, if you know what I mean. I want to see more of a
person (is it a person? it is hard to tell ;-) ) on the far right. You
see, there is this "fleeting moment" emotion/connection here between the
hand gesture of the guy (is it a guy? it is not easy to see ;-) ) and
that figure further right...
Somehow I think you may have overdone the blurring this time... It is
extra-Theriaultian if you see what I mean :-).
Overall, I have mixed feelings about this one... You probably had a
chance to capture an interesting moment. Yet you chose very peculiar way
to do so...
