I've never used the Penatx TC's, all I know is S and L are for Short and
Long.
I would imagine that ties to the lense FL's they are appropriate for.
I do know that the ONLY one that gives AutoFocus on manual lenses is the
SMCP-F1.7x, hard to find but excellent.

I would think the DA 50-200 would be too long for everyday use.
Remember the 35mm equivilent area of view on the digital is 75-300.
For even less money the DA 18-55 would be a better choice in my opinion.
If I only could have one lens it would probably be a 28-105, a bit too
long on the wide end but inexpensive and versatile.

Just my 2 pennies worth.
