There is one near me that looks like an animal that I have shot a lot. I have never gotten a shot I really, really like though. This log is even better. However, the leaves in the foreground do nothing for me at all. I find them distracting. Time for creative gardening or a hand to move them aside. I feel, the crispness of the log is not offset by the fuzziness of the leaves. I'd reshoot it. It's worth the effort for more shots. Just my .02 cents. Marnie aka Doe
