Hi Tom: the *ist-D will power up again from a light touch on the shutter
button: I have also found that this will also light up the AF330FTZ flash
if it has gone into sleep mode as well, as will a press on the AF button
(which also sets the flash to the appropriate focal length with a PZ
lens). No doubt this will also work with other Pentax flashes?
