The main reason i bought the d over the Ds is size. The D is just a tad small for me and the Ds is even smaller so i thought that would not fell very good in my hands. Thant and the finder is very bright AFAIC. I confirmed with them via email last wek, that even though their web ad says currently out of stock, they can place a special order for the istD. I have bought several items from them over the net and am very satisfied with them. Our Ottawa list memeber has aswell, and unless things have changed she was happy with them aswell. BTW i have no affiliation with the store. Dave
