Oh man, don't get me started on the subject of photo store customers who
don't understand the concept of "ratios" and how a 35mm neg can't be
made into an 11 x 14 print without losing some width from the long axis.
(Even, in one case, a wedding photographer who took a group shot and
didn't leave enough space at the ends.)

Ten make him an 11 X 13 1/4, or 11 X 12 3/4. It's a custom print anyhow, isn't it?
Does everyone measure prints, to make sure they get their money's worth?
Or, am I missing something...
