It's not a genetic propensity, it's a learned behavior in their culture. Many of them tell me that THEY THEMSELVES prefer not to enter into business dealings with members of their culture.

That's not the free market in my opinion. That's liar(s) and conmen eliminating jobs for truly skilled people, providing little service in return, and profiting from it. Hmm... maybe that is the free market after all.
