Jeez, Mark, things are expensive out there! The Ritz Camera just 5 minutes' walk from work does two E6 runs every weekday, for $9 a roll. I've only asked them to push a roll once, several years ago, and I think there was a $3 or $4 surcharge.
I usually use The Slideprinter in Denver, which charges $7, and takes 7-10 days. Tom Reese told me he is using Kodak mailers, at about $4 a roll. With processing at The Slideprinter, and ordering film from B&H, I'm paying $10 a roll. So, it would take 150 rolls (3 years at my normal shooting rate) to pay for an istD. And then I'd have to use a #%*&ing computer to look at the pix, instead of relaxing with my light box and loupes!
