Good luck. I don't know what the law is in the rest of the EU, but
here when something fails several times after (warranty) repair, you can
simply have the store give you your money back in exchange for the
faulty product (usually after three occurences of the fault). Or even
if the faults are unrelated, but "hamper you significantly in using
the product" because of the time it spends in repair. I guess such
customer laws would be similar, no? Check it, the store would be
obliged to return you the money or give you a new product (based on
your choice, here).
