Actually a monopoly acts to capture the entire revenue in a demand curve. There may be price "breaks" to certain individuals who want and need a full frame DSLR, but if the rest of the revenue is collected through APS-C sales that's what will happen. The analysis become
quite complicated when you take similar products into account.
